Evidence Standard
Material claims retain source, date, entity, confidence and the distinction between fact, interpretation and missing evidence.
Frontier Assurance Centre
This is the single public home for Frontier’s operating standards, control position and claim boundaries. It explains what is committed, what must be tested in delivery and what has not yet been independently assured.
Assurance position
Frontier separates three positions that are often blurred: a published commitment, a control that can be tested in live delivery and an independently assured claim.
A method can be published now. A control requires a commissioned operating record. Independent assurance requires an appropriate external review with its scope and date disclosed. Frontier will not present one as equivalent to another.
Document control
A Frontier-defined operating framework. It is not a certification, statutory standard or external accreditation.
The standards framework
They are applied through programme design, workflow instructions, review gates, decision records and outcome learning.
Material claims retain source, date, entity, confidence and the distinction between fact, interpretation and missing evidence.
Priority is assessed through explicit dimensions, reasons not to act and an accountable status decision.
Specialist roles remain bounded; provenance, contradiction, escalation and human review gates are explicit.
Programme instructions, context, information, outputs and learning remain defined around the individual client environment.
Messages and actions remain proportionate to the evidence and under the control of an approved owner.
Output-only, associated, influenced and attributable positions are distinguished rather than collapsed into one claim.
Methods, definitions, scope, assumptions, limitations and document revisions accompany substantive published work.
Six control domains
The detailed design changes with the commission. The control questions do not.
Source, date, entity, independence, contradiction and confidence remain reviewable.
Fit, timing, access, capacity, uncertainty and reasons not to proceed are visible.
Human owners approve material classifications, exceptions and external representation.
Purpose, permitted information, access, retention, handover and exit are defined.
Failed sources, contradictions, errors, absences and service changes have escalation routes.
Delivery, association, influence and attributable contribution remain separately labelled.
Current public assurance register
The register will change only when supporting evidence exists.
What is public now
What changes the status
Method, decision stages and core boundaries are available for inspection.
Material revisions are versioned and explained.
Control categories and expected records are stated publicly.
Live operating evidence is required before delivery performance is claimed.
Evidence and attribution rules are published; examples are clearly labelled.
Client-confirmed or outcome-evidenced records will be added only at the appropriate level.
A Commercial Review brief can be prepared locally.
Information is not transmitted until a verified route and privacy position are published.
No certification badge or external assurance claim is displayed.
Any future award will name the scope, assurer and date.
Buyer questions
The programme mandate identifies its purpose, permitted information, access responsibilities, client boundary and the position when the programme changes or ends. Formal terms must match the commissioned relationship before material client information is handled.
The programme defines an accountable human owner. Evidence can inform an action; it cannot approve its own use or present an unverified inference as buyer intent.
The affected record is held, corrected and reviewed. Material decisions and downstream action are reconsidered with escalation proportionate to the impact.
Live programmes define ownership, deputies, handover, record return, access revocation, retention and deletion before mobilisation. The exact schedule belongs in the commissioned agreement.
Selection, access and change are based on purpose, necessity, reliability and risk. Public material explains the control categories without exposing the operating stack.
A result proves only what its evidence passport permits. A deliverable, associated movement, influenced decision and attributable outcome are different positions.
Controlled public documents
Three branded publications provide the corporate, governance, privacy and diligence detail behind this centre.
